What A Trip Can Look Like
Every itinerary is customized, but this gives coaches a picture of how baseball, culture, service, and team time can fit together.
Day 1
Arrival + Light Practice
Airport pickup, check-in, light field session, team dinner, and orientation.
Day 2
AM Game + Team Time
Breakfast, game #1 against a Dominican opponent, lunch, beach or recovery time, and dinner.
Day 3
Academy Visit + Night Game
Visit an MLB academy or professional training facility, then play game #2 under the lights.
Day 4
Service + PM Game
Serve alongside a local community partner, then play game #3 later in the day.
Day 5
AM Game + Culture
Play game #4, then experience Santo Domingo, the beach, or another cultural destination.
Day 6
Final Game + Closing Dinner
Play game #5, enjoy team time, then finish with a closing dinner and guest speaker.
Trip Cost
$1,850/player, standard rate regardless of roster size.
Additional family member: $800. Additional private room: $800.
$500 deposit per player at registration. Balance due 60 days before departure.
Includes games and training, lodging, meals, in-country transportation, scheduled cultural experiences, and the community service day. Roster size: 12–21 players.
Trip registration fees are payments for travel services and are not charitable contributions.
